These terms apply when you use campusx or ask us for admissions guidance.

What we do

We provide advisory services: university and course shortlisting, help with statements of purpose, essays and letters of recommendation, application and documentation support, scholarship guidance, student visa documentation support, and interview preparation.

What we cannot promise. We do not control admissions decisions and we do not control visa decisions. No consultancy does. Universities decide who they admit; governments decide who they grant visas to. Anyone who guarantees you either is not being straight with you. What we can promise is careful work on your application and an honest assessment of where you stand.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information. A shortlist built on wrong grades is worthless.
Meet the deadlines we agree — admissions cycles do not move.
Never submit falsified documents. We will not assist with this, and doing so can result in a permanent ban from a university or an immigration system.
Check the final content of anything submitted in your name.

Fees

The initial consultation and profile evaluation are free. Where a paid service applies, the scope and fee will be agreed in writing with you before any work begins. There are no charges you have not agreed to in advance.

Independence

campusx is an independent advisory firm. We are not an agent of, nor affiliated with, any embassy, consulate or government visa authority, and we do not issue clearances of any kind on their behalf.

AI study advisor

The AI advisor on this site gives general guidance and can be wrong or out of date. Entry requirements, fees and visa rules change frequently. Always confirm anything that matters with a counsellor or with the university's own admissions office before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for admissions or visa decisions, changes in university or government policy, or losses arising from information you provided to us being inaccurate.
